Human delivery · Latin America

Making the invisible visible.

In every neighborhood there are people, stores, and jobs that traditional delivery never names. Kumü tells that story with clear rules: who delivers, how people get paid, and when someone needs to rest.

Because when the invisible becomes visible, dignity stops being just a promise.

Neighborhood community with human delivery: local store and bike rider
Buenos Aires neighborhood at dawn, tree-lined streets and community life
Our story

It started with what no one could see

"It all began in a parish in La Paternal, with a young person who dreamed of an opportunity…"

In Buenos Aires neighborhoods, thousands seek dignified work. Local stores compete with opaque margins. Customers order without knowing who delivers or under what conditions people work.

Diego, like many others, dreamed of more than surviving. That dream became Kumü: a platform that connects stores and riders, but also puts rules in writing — visible fees, mandatory breaks, and end-to-end tracking.

Today, Kumü is not just a delivery app. It's a movement that makes the invisible visible: each person's potential, the strength of communities, and the dignity every job deserves.

Three things we bring out of the shadows

Every order involves decisions, costs, and people. We put them where they can be seen.

Collaborative team — visible assignment and network work
Visible assignment

You know who takes your order, why they were chosen, and when a rider needs rest — Zero Fatigue isn't a slogan, it's a system rule.

Local neighborhood store with fresh products
Commissions without surprises

Stores see the 8–15% on subtotal by plan before payout. No fine print or costs that appear later.

Customer checking order with transparency
End-to-end tracking

Customers see order status, who delivers, and what's included in the cost — on the web and live when the rider reports location.

What we publish and measure

Last mile fails when costs, timings, and working conditions stay opaque. Kumü exposes them with real operating software.

Marketplace, native apps, Mercado Pago payments, microzone assignment, and traceable payouts — infrastructure, not narrative alone.

  • You know who delivers and under what rules they work
  • You know how operations run and when someone needs to stop
  • You know how much is paid, to whom, and why

We don't want to change the world. We want to make it more human.

Making the invisible visible.

"Kumü is not a company. It's a community that unites work, hope, and dignity. Because when we make the invisible visible, change begins to be real."

Complementary service partners

Not the network's commerce: those who empower riders.

Kumü partners are organizations offering complementary services to riders (health, insurance, connectivity, and more), with rules and traceability aligned to operations. If you want to sell on the platform as a store, use "I want to sell more" above; this path is only for partners of those services.
