Operations built for your margin
Published fees, riders with shift limits, and human support for daily operations.
Agreed commission, no surprises
8–15% per agreement. No mandatory promos or hidden charges in order settlement.
Riders who are not burned out
Zero Fatigue Program: better service at the door because we care for who delivers.
Your neighborhood, not an anonymous algorithm
Local customers, deliveries with a face, and visible businesses — not just a map pin.

What we agree is what runs
Explicit times, zones, and operating costs. No fine print that changes the game mid-month.
Memberships for stores
Choose how you pay: per-order fee only, or a monthly fee with free orders and a lower fee afterward. Every plan includes additional benefits and optional Kumü POS.
Pay per order
No monthly fee
Best to try the network or low volume: you only pay a fee for each order you process.
No monthly fee
Orders with no platform fee: No free-order quota
Fee per order: 15%
Neighborhood
Monthly + free orders
Fixed monthly fee with a quota of fee-free orders; then a lower fee than pay-per-order.
ARS 29,900/mo
Orders with no platform fee: 40 per month
Fee per order (after quota): 12%
Growth
More free orders
For steady volume: more included orders and a reduced fee after the quota.
ARS 59,900/mo
Orders with no platform fee: 120 per month
Fee per order (after quota): 10%
Network
Max quota, lowest fee
For high volume on Kumü: the largest monthly quota and the lowest fee per additional order.
ARS 99,900/mo
Orders with no platform fee: 300 per month
Fee per order (after quota): 8%
Kumü Hub: lower fee when you host riders
If your store joins as a Kumü Hub (rest, water, restroom, or agreed support), we subtract 3 percentage points from your current membership platform fee on each order.
Works with any membership (pay per order, Neighborhood, Growth, or Network).
The reduction applies to the fee in effect after any free-order quota, if applicable.
Kumü validates space, hours, and safety requirements before enabling Hub status.
You can apply when registering or via merchant support after your account is active.
Included in every membership
Regardless of the plan you choose when registering:
App priority
Greater visibility and positioning in searches.

Greater visibility in strategic areas
Stand out in high-traffic areas and increase your sales.
Integrated Kumü POS
Take counter orders, sync with delivery, and control cash, statuses, and catalog without scattered spreadsheets.
Clear settlement rules in the merchant portal
Human support for operations, payouts, and incidents
Kumü POS activation for counter, delivery, and control in one place
Operational transparency
No empty marketing: what you can plan for—and what depends on day-to-day operations.
Delivery times
What the customer sees is a zone- and distance-based estimate (a minute range from your store and delivery-zone settings). It is not a hard promise: traffic, weather, order backlog, and how many riders are free at that moment change the real time. At checkout the estimate is capped by what the operator set for that zone—it stays indicative.
Geographic coverage
Today the focus is Buenos Aires and pilot neighbourhoods (e.g. Palermo, Belgrano, Villa Crespo, Caballito, and San Telmo), with a roadmap to expand. If the address is outside the area enabled for your store, checkout cannot complete. Rollout to other countries in the region follows the public platform configuration (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, as enabled).
Pricing vs. other platforms
We work with commissions roughly in the 8–15% range per agreement, without surprise line items hidden in the order. Large marketplaces often mix commission, merchant-funded promos, and category variables—we do not claim to be the cheapest in every scenario. We do say that what we agree is what we charge, and we prioritise transparency and fair terms for stores and riders.
SLA (service level agreement)
The operational SLA is the maximum time the delivery zone commits for that pickup → dropoff pairing (you define it with Kumü in zone configuration). It aligns expectations for customers, support, and riders. It does not cover force majeure; serious delays follow support channels and the order and refund policy in the terms.
Network volume and liquidity
The network is growing: order volume and active riders change by area, day, and time slot. Off-peak hours can mean slower assignment; peaks can mean momentarily more demand than supply. As we scale, some zones will have more “liquidity” (orders and riders in balance) than others—that is normal for a young network and we state it so you can plan.
