What is Kumü?

What is Kumü NOT?

Kumü is not another delivery app and does not promise the fastest delivery at any cost. It is a local network of nearby orders and deliveries that prioritizes organized operations, store transparency and shift limits for riders, starting in pilot zones in Buenos Aires (CABA).

How does Kumü work?

What are Kumü fees for merchants?

Platform commission is 8.5% to 11% on the order product subtotal, depending on the merchant membership plan (Barrio, Crecimiento and Red include monthly no-fee order quotas). Shipping and tips are excluded. Register at kumue.ar/comercios?locale=en.

How do I register my store with Kumü?

Does Kumü promise to be faster than Rappi, PedidosYa or Uber Eats?

No. Kumü does not compete on speed alone. It prioritizes organized operations, rider shift limits (Zero Fatigue Program), visible fees and traceability. You may use Kumü alongside other platforms.

What insurance or medical coverage does Zero Fatigue include?

Zero Fatigue is a published operating policy for shift limits and breaks at kumue.ar/fatiga-cero?locale=en. It is not medical insurance or a guaranteed labor benefit; see applicable terms and contracts.
