Kumü is not an NGO and does not promise the fastest delivery at any human cost. It is scalable operational infrastructure focused on rider sustainability, merchant transparency and responsible microzone operations, starting in Buenos Aires (CABA).
How does Kumü work?
Merchants register at kumue.ar/comercios?locale=en, publish their catalog and receive orders with 8-15% platform fee on product subtotal by plan. Riders deliver under Zero Fatigue limits. Customers order locally with visible costs and tracking.
What is the Zero Fatigue Program?
Kumü's operating system to limit rider fatigue: max 6 consecutive hours on bike and 8 on motorcycle, mandatory breaks and no new assignments when limits are exceeded. Details at kumue.ar/fatiga-cero?locale=en.
What are Kumü fees for merchants?
