Riders
Urban logistics with published operating limits.
Zero Fatigue Program, traceable payouts, and assignment with rules — not aggressive gamification.
Operating differences vs mass apps
Mass platforms optimize speed and margin. Kumü publishes shift limits, rates, and assignment rules.
Real shift limits
Zero Fatigue Program: the platform does not push infinite hours. If you exceed safe limits, no orders are assigned.
Clear pay, no fine print
Rates and rules visible before you hit the street. No surprises from promos the algorithm claws back later.
No star-rating race
We do not punish you with aggressive gamification. We prioritize zones, shifts, and fair operating conditions.
Human support
Incidents, payouts, and questions with a real team — not just a chatbot closing the ticket.
Microzone operations
Orders from local neighborhood stores, with pilot coverage in Buenos Aires and visible rules in the app.
How you work at Kumü
A model built to sustain your work over time, not burn you out in a week.
1. Apply online
Complete your details, vehicle, and payout method. We review documentation with clear criteria.
2. Responsible onboarding
If approved, you access the rider portal/app with safety and Zero Fatigue induction.
3. Shifts with limits
Go online when you can. The system respects max consecutive hours and breaks between orders.
4. Deliver in your area
Orders from local neighborhood businesses. Fewer empty kilometers, more community connection.
5. Get paid with traceability
Payouts to bank account or wallet, with a record of what you delivered and support if something does not add up.

A system operated with Artificial Intelligence and healthy limits to guarantee safe shifts.
